• Items smaller than 24”x24” inches have a flat shipping rate of $20 per piece

• Items larger than 24”x24” inches have a flat shipping rate of $40 per piece

We will ensure to pack your order with the utmost care, and packaging, ensuring its safety during the shipping.

Estimated Delivery Date

Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Delivery date is based on the carrier (Canada post / Fedex )

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Richmondhill Artistry is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy - notify us within 48 hours after you’ve received the artwork.

Conditions of return

• Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery

• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs

• Buyer is responsible for loss in value, if an item isn’t returned in original condition
